{التي} في سورة المجادلة هل تعني أنه خلاف عادي بين الزوج والزوجة أو خلاف طلاق؟
Answer
تجادل في زوجها أنه فعل وأنه فعل، ثم جرى ما جرى من الظهار، المقصود أن الزوج يكون عنده حلم وصبر وتَحَمُّل، ولو مع المجادلة، لا يعجل في الظهار، ولا يعجل في الطلاق، يكون عنده حلم وصبر، فلا يُحَرِّم ولا يُطَلِّقْ، يكون عنده تَحَمُّل ولا يضرب.
