Question
أخي من الأب رضع من زوجتي رضاعًا كاملًا أكثر من سنة، فهل يجوز لي أن أسلم على زوجة هذا الأخ؟
Answer
بسم الله، والحمد لله: هذا الأخ يكون أخاك، وابنك من الرضاع حين أرضعته زوجتك خمس رضعات أو أكثر في الحولين، فهو أخوك من النسب وابنك من الرضاعة، وزوجته محرم لك؛ لأنك أبوه من الرضاعة، والسلام على زوجة ابنك لا حرج فيه؛ لأنك محرم لها.
