Question
زوجة أخي أرضعت لي بنتًا وتوفيت البنت، وبعد ذلك رزقْتُ بأولاد -أنا وأخي- هل يصح الزواج بينهم؟
Answer
ما دام أن الرضيعة ماتت، ذهب حكمها معها، والباقون على حالهم، مباح لأولادك أن يتزوجوا من بنات أخيك إذا لم يحصل رضاع، أما التي رضعت وماتت انتهى حكمها معها.
