Question
أفيد سماحتكم أن والدتي كانت متزوجة من رجل قبل والدي، وأنجبت منه ولدًا، وأرضعت مع هذا الولد أختًا لها، ودامت الرضاعة حوالي أسبوع، ثم انفصلت والدتي عن هذا الرجل وأخذها والدي، فهل يجوز لنا نحن أبناء الرجل الثاني أن نتزوج من بنات خالتنا التي رضعت من أمنا أم لا؟
Answer
لا يجوز لكم أن تتزوجوا من بنات خالتكم المذكورة؛ لأنها بالرضاع المذكور صارت أختًا لكم.
