Question
ما حكم الإسلام في رجل لم يصلِ؟ وامرأة لم تصلِ أيضًا؟ هل يجوز عقد زواجهما؟
Answer
إذا كانا لا يصليان، فزواجهما صحيح كسائر الكفرة، وإذا هداهما الله وأقاما الصلاة وتابا، بقيا على نكاحهما؛ كما يبقى الكفار إذا أسلموا على أنكحتهم؛ لأن النبي ﷺ يوم الفتح لم يأمر الذين أسلموا أن يجددوا أنكحتهم.
