متى يعرف الزوج أن عدم وجودها بكرًا من غير الزنا؟
Answer
هذا لا يلزم إلا إذا عرف أنها عن فاحشة؛ لأن البكارة قد تزول بالحيض، وقد تزول بأسباب أخرى؛ من الوثبة ونحو ذلك، وقد تكون مكرهة، والمكرهة حكمها حكم من لم تفعل شيئًا، وقد تكون أيضًا لأمر رابع فعلته عن موافقة، ولكن الله تاب عليها، وتحسنت حالها بحسن توبتها وندمها.
