Question
الوكيل على الوقف أضحية أو غيرها أحب أن يجعل عنه وكيلًا، فمن الأولى: الأولاد أم الإخوة؟ وإذا لم ينص على تفويضه بالتوكيل، فماذا يعمل؟
Answer
إذا لم ينص الموصي بحق الوكيل للتوكيل، فإن التوكيل للحاكم، وللوكيل الحق أن يرشح من فيه الكفاءة أخًا أو ابنًا.
