Question
حصل معي قبل سنتين أن وجدت قلمًا على باب المسجد النبوي، فهل لي الحق في الاحتفاظ بهذا القلم، أم علي تسليمه لمكتب المفقودات في المسجد؟
Answer
إن كان له قيمة فأعطه مكتب المفقودات، وإن كان حقيرًا مثل العصا الحقيرة، أو النعل الحقيرة، فلا بأس بأخذه والانتفاع به، أما إذا كان له قيمة، فعرفه دائمًا، وإلا سلمه مكتب المفقودات.
