Question
يقول هذا السائل: بأنه يعمل في داخل مزرعة، هل يجوز له أن يأكل منها أي شيء بدون علم صاحبها، وإن علم وأنا له هل أستأذن؟
Answer
لا بأس أن يأكل منها غير متخذ خبنة، لا يذهب إلى بيته بشيء، له أن يأخذ من الفاكهة ما يأكل في بطنه فقط لا بأس، لكن لا يتخذ خبنة ، لا يذهب إلى بيته بشيء إلا بإذن.
