Question
وآت ذا القربى حقه أليس ذلك الزكاة، أو هي نفقة خاصة دون الزكاة؟
Answer
هذا عام، إيتاء ذي القربى حقه، صلة الرحم حق، إذا كان فقيرًا؛ يعطى حقه صلة الرحم، وإذا كان عاجزًا؛ أعطاه من الزكاة، فكل هذا له حق في الزكاة، وله حق في مال قريبه إذا كان فقيرًا، فالآية تعم هذا، وهذا، تعم حق الزكاة، وتعم حق الصلة، فإذا تيسر أنه يعطيه حق الصلة، ويغنيه بذلك وهو يقدر؛ كفاه عن الزكاة، وإذا كان لا يستطيع أن يكفيه؛ أعطاه من الزكاة، أو كمل له من الزكاة.
