هذا سائل يقول: سماحة الشيخ! هل كل حكم استند فيه بحديث ضعيف نسميه بدعة؟
Answer
العبادات توقيفية، لا يشرع عبادة إلا بدليل؛ فالعبادات التي ما عليها دليل تكون بدعة، أما إذا كان فيما يتعلق بالحرام والحلال هذا الأصل الحلال إلا أن يعلم أنه حرمه الشرع.
