هذا السائل علي الطيب، مقيم بالمملكة العربية السعودية، يقول: رجل تم عقده على امرأة، ولم يدخل بها وتوفي هذا الرجل، فهل يجوز لابنه من بعد وفاة أبيه أن يتزوج هذه المرأة؟
Answer
بعقد الزواج عليها حرمت على أبنائه، وعلى آبائه، ما يجوز .
