القضية التالية: قضية رضاع يقول: ما رأيكم في زواج رجل من امرأة رضع مع أختها الكبرى؟
Answer
إذا كان رضع من أمها خمس رضعات فأكثر، فهو أخوها، والنكاح باطل، إذا ثبت ذلك بالبينة الشرعية، أما إذا كان الرضاع أقل من خمس رضعات، أو كان فيه شك، ليس هناك من يضبطه، فالزواج صحيح، ولا يضره ذلك، والحمد لله.
