Question
الحج بالمال الحرام أهو مفسد للحج؟
Answer
الحج صحيح إذا أداه كما شرع الله، ولكنه يأثم لتعاطيه الكسب الحرام، وعليه التوبة إلى الله من ذلك، ويعتبر حجه ناقصًا بسبب تعاطيه الكسب الحرام، لكنه يسقط عنه الفرض.
